WeCare.id is looking for a full-time Medical Operations based in Bandung and/or Jakarta to help manage our patients and establish contact with partner institutions (hospitals, patients, patients’ family, doctors, Department of Health, and others), on reaching WeCare.id ideal objectives; detailed job descriptions are such as:
– Manage patient’s submission
– Hand in hand with patient’s submitter (medical expertise and catalyst) in patient’s submission, distribution of donation, and patient’s update
– Fully responsible on maintaining communication & engagement with our medical partners (hospitals, patients, patients’ family, doctors, Department of Health, and others)
– Monitor, listen and respond to stakeholders while cultivating leads and engagement
– Develop and expand partnerships with potential medical partners
Ideal candidates should possess:
– Strong passion in healthcare, public health, and social enterprise
– Graduated from health-related fields (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, public health) from reputable university
– Affluent in writing and speaking
– Adequate interpersonal skills
– Collaborative, creative and highly innovative
– Full time Medical Operations will be working dynamically with WeCare.id’s team and traveling often between Jakarta & Bandung.
