About the role
A Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strategic relationships with organizations, corporations, and KOL/influencers that align with the WeCare.id’s mission. This role involves collaborating with external partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive donations, increase visibility, and expand the platform’s reach.
Job Description
1. Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the platform’s mission and fundraising goals.
2. Identify potential partners, including corporations, nonprofits, influencers, and foundations, that can help expand the platform’s reach and impact.
3. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnerships, ensuring clear communication and consistent engagement.
5. Collaborate with partners to create co-branded fundraising campaigns and events that drive contributions and awareness.
5. Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are met and relationships are sustained.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, analyzing the impact on donations, platform growth, and overall mission success.
7. Represent WeCare.id at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 3 – 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
2. Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, including corporate sponsorships, nonprofit collaborations, or influencer engagements.
3. Familiar in CRM tools and partnership management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches, presentations, and partnership proposals.
5. Ability to represent the platform professionally in public settings, at events, and during meetings with potential partners.
6. Ability to think strategically and develop partnership initiatives that align with the platform’s overall goals.
7. Innovative and forward-thinking, with a focus on driving growth and expanding the platform’s reach through partnerships
